  • How do I place an order?

    After you selected a beautiful product, press the green button ‘In shopping cart’. You will then be forwarded to the ‘shopping cart’ page. On this page, you will see all wanted items and you can click the green button ‘Continue with order’. The next step is entering your details, select your delivery method and pay with the payment method you prefer. Press the green button ‘Send order’, and your order is final. After payment we will start working to dispatch your order as soon as possible!

  • Is it possible to order without an account?

    Yes, it is very easy to order without an account. However, it is possible to create an account.

  • How do I track my order?

    After having placed an order, this will be automatically pre-announced. You will receive a Track&Trace code by email. By clicking the link in the email, you can track your parcel.

    Did you not receive a Track&Trace code? Then we recommend first checking your spam inbox.

  • Order not received?

    First check the delivery time of the product and the status of your parcel with the Track&Trace code. Were you not at home? In this case, the delivery service first tries to deliver your pakage to your neighbours. If this is not possible, then the delivery service will leave a note and try again at a later time. Has the delivery time of the product expired and you still have not received a parcel? Or does your Track&Trace not work? Then contact us via the Wishpel customer service.

  • Cancel order?

    Is the order already on its way or made ready for dispatch, then unfortunately cancellation is no longer possible. However, it is possible to refuse the parcel at your door or to leave it at the collection point. The parcel will then automatically return to us. We are always willing to see if it is still possible to cancel the order. Contact us as soon as possible via the Wishpel customer service.

  • Order confirmation not received?

    If you have not received an order confirmation, we recommend to first check your spam inbox. The order confirmation is not in your spam inbox either? In this case, it could be that you entered the email address incorrectly. We are happy to check this for you. Please feel free to contact us via the Wishpel customer service.


  • How can I pay?

    Safe payment is possible with us in different ways. At Wishpel you can pay by means of:
    Payment options:
    • Bancontact/Mistercash
    • V Pay
    • PayPal/Creditcard: with Paypal you can pay quickly, safely and online with your credit card (Mastercard en VISA)
    •Advance payment: You can choose for independently paying the invoice after receipt thereof by means of transfer or telebanking. In both cases the payment in full must have been credited to the account of Wishpel B.V. within 7 days from the order date. If the payment is not received within the period set then your order will be cancelled. Orders are exclusively dispatched after payment of the invoice. Payment must be made out to:

  • My payment failed, what now?

    You can forward the total amount of your order manually within 7 days with mention of your order number. This can be done by means of internet banking, bank transfer, credit card or via your PayPal account. Or you can choose to place your order again and finish with your preferred payment method. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible!

  • Use a discount code/gift certificate?

    If you have a discount code, you can enter the code in your shopping cart in the ‘payment’ section. By clicking the + plus icon the entry field becomes visible.

  • Choose a delivery address

    Would you like to choose a delivery address other than your invoice address? When entering your details, untick the box “Send to same address”. Now you can enter the address where you would like your parcel to be delivered.


  • How do returns work?

    Returns with Wishpel are very easy. Are you dissatisfied with a product? With us, you have 30 days to return the product. Download the return document here and clearly write down all your details so that we can process the return as soon as possible. Subsequently, you can send the product, without indicating cause, with stamp via PostNL, DHL or another delivery service. Did you receive a defect item? We are happy to solve this for you. In this case, contact our customer service.

  • When will my return be processed?

    We do our best to process returns as soon as possible. After having received the parcel in our warehouse. We will inspect and process it. We guarantee that you will have your money back or a new product will have been despatched within 14 working days after receipt of your return(s).

  • Download return document

    By clicking here you can download the return document . Complete the return document and place it inside the parcel, this way we can process your return(s) as soon as possible!

    Is a product dissatisfactory or defect? Then you can easily return it via the form below. The return form should always be sent with the parcel.

    Send your returns within 30 days, sufficiently stamped, and ensure that the full return form has been completed. Returns without fully completed return form cannot be processed. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the articles. View for the full conditions of return.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do the Christmas houses include lighting?

    All Christmas houses of Lemax are delivered including LED lighting. The lighting can be integrated in the house, but in most cases a battery box with a LED light is included that you can place behind or underneath the Christmas house. If so desired, a 4.5 Volt adapter can be easily connected to the LED light. Some Lemax houses come with a 4.5 Volt adapter already included. This is always indicate in the specifications of the product.

  • Which adapter can I use?

    All Lemax items can be connected to a Lemax 4,5 Volt Power adapter. This is available with one or three ports. Every port can be connected separately to a scene, lit accessory, house or light. Click here to go to the Lemax 4.5 Volt Power adapter.

  • No adapter or lighting has been included with my product, what now?

    First check if lighting or an adapter should be included with the product. This will be indicated for each product on the site. Did you check but you cannot find it in the packaging? We get all our articles new from the supplier and they are sent to you unopened. The battery box with light attached or the adapter should be included in the packaging. Sometimes they are on the opposite side in the Styrofoam with a Styrofoam lid, which makes them difficult to spot (see picture below).

  • Is there a Lemax catalogue available?

    We are open from August till January

  • Do you also have a showroom/store?

    We have a beautiful garden centre where you can view our beautiful Christmas show from October each year. We are proud to say we have been nominated multiple time for the "Best Christmas show of the Netherlands” and that we have received this fantastic price once before!
